Unfortunately due to the pandemic response it is not possible for us to deliver our scheduled Sydney event in February.
We're committed to delivering only the best for our attendees, so we've made the hard decision to postpone our Sydney event to 2nd July 2021. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Exciting! The fist announcements for the August event are now live and we've got some fantastic talks and workshops for everyone. Keep an eye on the event page as more come online!
We've had a heap of fun at Kids SecuriDay introducing youth to security, and its importance in their everyday lives through our events the past few years, and we rescheduled our Sydney May event to the end of the year to make sure everyone stays safe. Our August 15th event is tied to National Science Week which will be going entirely digital so we will be following suit.
So what are we doing? Something completely different. Because we've traditionally delivered in-person workshops and talks that rely heavily on interaction the way we deliver this event will be changing. We'll be streaming digital workshops and talks to multiple platforms, running two streams (one live and one pre-recorded), online mentoring, competitions and games - and more! We'd love you to be involved with the August event, and we'll be keeping our website updated as we go. Some key dates for you to know:
Coronavirus (COVID-19) was first reported in December 2019 in Wuhan City in China, and since then there has been a rapid escalation of the outbreak worldwide. We have been monitoring international trends and the spread within Australia, particularly New South Wales, and as at 1pm today, an additional 4 cases of COVID-19 have been diagnosed since the last update at 8pm, March 10, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in NSW to 65. This is now impacting many areas of the community.
As event organisers we made the proactive decision to postpone the Sydney Kids SecuriDay from May 30th to 14th November 2020 now, as the safety and happiness of our event participants is very important to us. This date, to the best of our knowledge, does not clash with other Sydney security events. Recent news indicates that we have made the correct decision. We have considered the option of delivering the event content online and will keep you updated of the possibility, however the way the workshops are designed and the interactions which are key to our event success this type of adaptation is difficult. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email us or reach out to us on social media. Our Canberra event remains scheduled for August. Thank you for your understanding and your continued support. Melbourne went fantastically well - a huge thank you to everyone who participated! The Melbourne 2020 event page has been updated with photos. We had such a great time we'll definitely be back next year!
